**Please note we are a specialty brownie boutique - all of our brownies are baked in small batches and baked fresh when we receive your order. Policy

Embrace Sweets is a happy, harmonious business built on integrity, values and respect for our employees, our company, our customers and the world.  We are ALL about spreading the joy and making memories that come through when experiencing good food.  Embrace Sweets holds the right to refuse service to anyone, who does not respect our business and mission.

Shipping methods and deadlines

Shipping

What shipping carrier do you use?

Gifts are shipped via USPS Priority, which are both premium shipping methods. Due to the perishable nature of Embrace Sweets Brownies, we want your gift to arrive as quickly as possible with standard shipping.

Ground Shipping

Once your order is received, it will be processed and shipped out within (2-3) business days.  

We use USPS Priority. Delivery dates can't be guaranteed, only estimated. Depending on the day of the week you place your order, you can usually expect the following:

  • New England delivery: within 2-4 business days
  • East/South delivery: within 2-3 business days
  • Midwest delivery: within 2-3 business days
  • Southwest delivery: within 1-2 business days
  • West coast delivery: within 1-2 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery: within 4-6 business days
  • APO/AE orders can take up to 2 weeks to clear customs, in most cases, items are delivered within 5-6 days.

Overnight Delivery

All orders placed by 11:59 a.m. PST can be processed the following business day and delivered the next business day after that. For example,

  • Orders placed on Monday can ship Wednesday to be delivered Thursday.
  • Orders placed on Wednesday can ship Friday to be delivered on Monday.

Shipping information

Embrace Sweets ships all of our packages via USPS from our bakery in Los Angeles, CA. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the USPS driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is required NOT to leave the package. USPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to Embrace Sweets. USPS will leave a note on the door following each delivery attempt. Please be sure to include the apartment number if you are sending to an apartment building.

Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending to an office building.

Once your goodies have shipped out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. To track your package, simply log in to USPS, and then select "Track My Package" to view your package progress. If you do not use email or the internet, do not hesitate to call us - have your order number ready and we'll track your package for you! Phone 310.906.0630 PST.

What is an APO/FPO address?

An APO address is an overseas military address. APO stands for Army Post Office. FPO stands for Fleet Post Office.

 
Brownies

Why can't I customize my brownie box? What's in the Assorted Variety?

We are a boutique brownie bar and we bake up different flavors everyday.  Our staple brownies are the: Triple Chocolate, Chunky Walnut, Toffee Almond Crunch and Caramel Pecan.  Depending on the day your order is put together will vary with the flavors you receive.  In all of our assortment boxes you may receive (up to 4) Triple Chocolates, (1) of each staple flavor and (1) of each of our featured flavor that day.  The only exception for this is for Nut Allergies - but please note that we do use a wide variety of nuts in our kitchen and there will be trace amounts in every batter.  If your allergy is severe we recommend that you NOT eat our brownies.

How long will my brownies last and how do I store them?

Embrace Sweets brownies are always guaranteed fresh upon arrival! Refrigerating or freezing is recommended if you do not intend to eat them immediately. Brownies will stay fresh for 30 days in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer. If frozen, simply leave at room temperature for 30 minutes or you can remove the wrapper and microwave on low power (times will vary) for 30 seconds.

 

Is there a guarantee on my order?

From the first bite to the last we guarantee that if you or your gift recipients are ever dissatisfied - we will replace your brownies free of charge. Just simply take a picture of the product, send it to us and we'll ship out a fresh batch ASAP. Embrace Sweets is all about creating memorable experiences and if we can create that for you through our brownies, well then, mission accomplished!

No. Embrace Sweets can be found online (www.embracesweets.com), on Amazon.com under Gourmet Food, Foodzie.com, Chocolate.com and Seventhplanet.com.

Wholesale

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, Embrace Sweets sells to stores with a valid state resale license. Please contact us for more information, wholesale@embracesweets.com.

 

How do I get more information about Embrace Sweets wholesale products?

To purchase wholesale from Embrace Sweets, you must be in the business of buying and selling gourmet food or specialty gifts and have a valid state resale license.
