If you're in Los Angeles:
  • We bake and deliver brownies & cookies Tuesday through Saturday
  • We need 24 hours notice to bake and deliver your brownies & cookies
  • We deliver throughout the Los Angeles, Downtown, Westside and Valley Areas.  Delivery charges vary.
  • You can order online using our Godaddy Checkout
  • Typically brownies & cookies arrive via messenger between 12 noon - 5:00 pm; Someone needs to be available to receive the cookies (doorman, office building)
  • If you need your brownies & cookies on a specific day or by a specific time, call the kitchen to place your order at 310.906.0630

If you're outside of Los Angeles:
  • We bake and ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week
  • We ship USPS, but can also ship overnight and on Saturday (USPS rates apply)
  • We need 2-3 days notice to bake and ship your brownies & cookies

Product info
We do not use any preservatives in our sweets, so all products should be stored covered in a cool, dry place away from direct sun. Our brownies and blondies are best eaten within moments of opening the package, but if you must take your time they can be stored up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator and 8 months in the freezer (but we've yet to hear of a true brownie lover keeping brownies that long).  Our brownies and blondies are extremely moist and fudgey, which helps them retain their flavor, and texture.  If you freeze them, simply thaw them in the refrigerator for 10 - 15 mins before serving.

Our products are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. While some brownies may not contain all of these products, trace amounts of them may be found in our products.

Shipping
Please note that all brownies are baked to order. We do not carry stock or have brownies in freezers, so please allow up to 3 days to process your order before it is shipped out.  This time allows us to carefully prepare, bake and package your brownies so they are the freshest when you get them.  Once brownies are shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation w/ a tracking number.  We ship USPS Priority so please allow up to 3 business days to ship out your order though in most instances, your order will be received sooner. 

We offer overnight delivery via USPS, however, most of our packages are shipped using USPS priority mail. International shipping is available via USPS Global, please call us (310.906.0630) for more information.  Due to the perishable nature of our products, you assume all risk if shipping to APO, or FPO addresses, due to custom regulations some packages have been known to take up to two weeks to be received.

Embrace Sweets is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS or USPS due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.

We take great care in packaging our products. Unfortunately we can't guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands, however if a package is greatly damaged, please contact us.

Local Pickup or Delivery
Local pickup can is at any of our Farmer Market locations. We are participate at farmer's markets Thursday - Sunday.  Click here for directions and hours! 

We work with DeliverLA LA's most popular delivery courier service.  Simply call us with your order and day/time you want it to arrive.  Additional charges do apply for this service, varied on distance (location) and weight.

Holiday Shipping/Refunds/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds once product has been shipped and accepted, unless due to our error (wrong order, error in shipping), please see shipping above.  Please note that during holidays we set order and shipping deadlines for you to help us guarantee that your package arrives on time.  If you place your order after those set dates we can no longer guarantee arrival. If you have contacted us previous to placing your order or left us a message on your order form for a specific arrival date and we fail to meet it we will take the necessary actions to remedy the situation.
