Welcome Groupon Subscribers!  Thank you so much for purchasing your Groupon for our very special Brownies.  We can't wait for you to try them!  Please note that our directions on how to use your Groupon may differ than of those on your coupon. Please use our directions.  Also due to the fantastically sweet success of Groupons we have been flooded with orders so we appreciate your patience it may take a little longer than usual to process your orders; but if you do have a special occasion and need your brownies sooner please let us know and we can make arrangements.

Information on how our brownie bar works, shipping and Groupon directions are below.  Other answers to questions can be found under FAQ at the top of your screen. 

If your order is cancelled by our system, please review your invoice and make sure you have applied your Groupon code, your balance will reflect $0 if done correctly.  If you do have a balance, please re-do your order and make sure to 'APPLY YOUR COUPON'.

**Please note we are a specialty brownie boutique - all of our brownies are baked in small batches and baked fresh when we receive your order. How to use your Groupon:

DIRECTIONS
When you're ready to use your Groupon:
1. Click on the "I Heart Groupon" picture below, in some cases the 'I Heart Groupon' may not be seen below, if this is the case on your computer please refer to the top of your screen and press the Order Brownies Here button, and continue below.

2. Order your GROUPON BROWNIE DOZEN - choose your flavor from the drop down menu (we do not offer 'customized boxes' at this time).

3. Enter your information (Your address and the recipients address, DO NOT enter your credit card information)

4. Click Continue, enter your Groupon code - given to you by Groupon.com (xxxxxx-x) and CLICK APPLY COUPON (You
MUST press APPLY COUPON receive the discount).  If you have a balance of $49 on the right hand side of your screen, then you have not pressed "Apply Coupon". Please go back and make sure your balance is $0.  If you have multiple Groupons and they are all going to the same place, you can enter them all.

5. If you wish to include a card or message please enter it into the "Gift Message" section.

6. Click the button GROUPON SUBSCRIBERS
Once again please make sure your balance is $0 before completing your order.

7. Complete your order by pressing the 'SEND ME BROWNIES' button.

8. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received.  When your order is shipped you will receive a email shipping confirmation from USPS that will include your tracking #.  You will not receive any other emails from us in the time between unless something is wrong with your order or there is a question with your order.

FAQ

Shipping information

**Due to the high demand for Groupon Orders, your order may take up to two weeks before it is shipped out.  If you need your order delivered by a certain day, please let us know via phone or email.  Embrace Sweets ships all of our packages via USPS\FEDEX from our bakery in Los Angeles, CA. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, and internationally.

Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the USPS driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is required NOT to leave the package. USPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to Embrace Sweets. USPS will leave
a note on the door following each delivery attempt. Please be sure to include the apartment number if you are sending to an apartment building.

Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending to an office building.

Once your goodies have shipped out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. To track your package, simply log in to USPS or FedEx, and then select "Track My Package" to view your package progress. If you do not use email or the internet, do not hesitate to call us - have your order number ready and we'll track your package for you! Phone 310.906.0630 PST.

Why can't I pick my brownie flavors?

We are a boutique brownie bar and we bake up different flavors everyday.  Our staple brownies are the: Triple Chocolate, Chunky Walnut, Toffee Almond Crunch and Caramel Pecan.  Depending on the day your order is put together will vary with the flavors you receive.  In all of our assortment boxes you will receive at least (4) Triple Chocolates, (1) of each staple and (1) of each of our featured flavors that day.  The only exception for this is for Nut Allergies - but please note that we do use a wide variety of nuts in our kitchen and there will be trace amounts in every batter.  If your allergy is severe we recommend that you NOT eat our brownies.

I ordered over a week ago, where is my order and why haven't I heard anything?

Due to the high volume of Groupon orders we are receiving they are being baked on a first come first out basis.  The estimated time to receive your brownies is Two Weeks, if you need your order to be processed sooner and received sooner you MUST call or email us with your request.  We CAN NOT process, bake and ship same day, you can request your order to be sent over night but you will be responsible for the difference in postage ($15 -$30 depending on where and which shipping company).  We can not email you updates on a regular basis due to the volume of calls and emails we receive on a daily basis.  If you are posting questions on Groupon.com, we will not get those.  If you have a question regarding your order please feel free to call us (310.906.0630) and/or email us (iwantsweets@embracesweets.com) - please note that if no one answers we are probably assisting other customers at the time and will return your call within 24 hours so please leave us a message.  Also note we are on the west coast (CA) and the time difference.  Emailing is faster but also will be answered within 24 hours.  We are a boutique bakery and everyone here does the same job - answering phones, mixing, baking, assorting and shipping.  We appreciate your patience.  

Why was my order cancelled, and why didn't anyone call me?

If you complete your order with a balance ($49) your order will be cancelled.  We have instructions on this page (above) and on the pages to follow to help you complete your order.  Please follow those, they may differ from your Groupon directions but you are placing your order with Embrace Sweets not Groupon.  Once your order is cancelled you will receive an email stating that your order was cancelled by the system.  Please review your original invoice to see what the problem was.  You are able to re-place your order and use your Groupon code again.

I bought my Groupon in x-month why haven't I gotten my brownies?

If you purchased your Groupon but did not come to our site - www.embracesweets.com, then we never received your order.  You only purchased the coupon, you did not order your brownies.  Please complete your order using the directions above.

I want a refund!

Since you purchased a Groupon (from Groupon.com) you will have to consult them for a refund. However if your Groupon code has been used, and your order has been shipped you will not be granted a refund.  Refunds only apply if you have not used your Groupon code.

I never received my order but it I have a tracking #?

Please make sure that the address you give us is the correct address and that you or your party will be there two weeks from the day you order.  If we ship your order and there is no one there to receive it or the address is invalid you will have to pay for a second shipment.  If we make a mistake on your order, on the address and/or delivery date we will gladly send you another order at no extra charge.
